The Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) Multimedia Coordinator supports the mission of CCV by producing content to support the various projects of the organization. In conjunction with Department Directors and Communications Team, the Multimedia Coordinator ensures CCV consistently conveys a compelling and clear message to key audiences.

Reports to: Communications Director

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Compensation: Competitive (exempt) salary commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design CCV-branded materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software.
• Manage video and audio content production to convey CCV’s mission and message.
• Operate as a liaison between CCV and professional printers.
• Maintain CCV websites, including ccv.org, backpackbill.com, and buckeyeballot.com.
• Produce daily content for CCV’s social media pages, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Promote key events through email, print, media, and other channels.
• In cooperation with the CCV team and outside consultants, develop communications strategies for CCV-run networks (Christian Business Partnership, Church Ambassador Network, Ohio Christian Education Network).
• Develop innovative strategies to communicate CCV’s mission and to reach new audiences across Ohio and the nation.
• Grow CCV’s database of subscribers and supporters.
• Draft, edit, and publish CCV email communications.
• Answer phones and assist with other office tasks, as needed.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Strong graphic design skills, with video and audio production experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
• Understanding of the latest Content Management Systems (CMS) on platforms such as WordPress or Squarespace preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate effectively, thoroughly, and accurately.
• Attentive to detail and well-organized.
• Ability to operate on a schedule, and prioritize and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines—without immediate or constant supervision—while remaining flexible with ever-changing priorities.

Character and Spiritual

• Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
• Agreement with and adherence to CCV’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
• Demonstrated commitment to CCV’s mission and position on Core Issues.
• Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
• Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism focused on client/constituent relationships.
